Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We gladly offer replacements or refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

  • The wrong item, size, color, or design was received.

  • The product differs significantly from the description shown on our website.

  • The order is lost during transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier.

To be eligible, customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photos showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are made-to-order or personalized, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Customer ordering the wrong size, color, or style.

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Minor variations in color, placement, or appearance that may occur during the printing process.

  • Personalized or custom-made products unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement product at no additional cost.

  • A full refund to the original payment method.

  • A partial refund when appropriate.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

In cases where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), SimpleDN will cover the return or replacement costs.

If a return is approved for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
